"As far as suburban takeaway coffee this is basically as good as you’ll get. Perfect milk temp, only 2 available sizes which is a win and nice smooth tasting coffee. My only criticism is the milk was a bit under-textured and a bit too milky as a whole. Friendly service too!"

"When you are going about your morning commute, rarely do you think a stop for coffee in the morning will be anything other than over-priced swill that leaves you squeezing your eyes shut from the barely-drinkable taste. This is simply not the case at Boxcar. Whenever I can get my gear together, I make the effort to be early so that my other half and I can go together and get our morning coffee. (And the occasional sweet treat or breakfast food - would 100% recommend Almond Crossaint or Bacon and Egg muffins!!) The music and atmosphere is inviting, and the gentlemen have made us feel welcome every time we have come by. They remember the usual orders and will ask about your well-being if you miss a day or two once you've gone regularly enough. I've never considered myself a loyal regular of a coffee shop before until I started coming here on my daily transit. And the experience of going about my day is always so much richer for it."
